Mocker Swallowtail (Papilio dardanus)

Geographic Distribution: Africa.
 
Wingspan: 90-108 mm (3.5-4.25 in).
 
Larval host plants: Cultivated citrus (Citrus spp.) and related species.
 
Habits: Tropical forest.
 
Identification: Males are yellowish white with black markings. Females, such as the one in the photo, have several forms that mimic species of Danaus. The nonmimetic females have hindwing tails and are similar in color to the male.
